9 Week Sessions!

Giving careful consideration to the many school systems we serve, for payment purposes, Oklahoma Gold has divided the school year into 4) 9 week sessions.

Priority Deadline

Priority Deadline is the deadline by which Current Students must pay a $50 per child, per class deposit (to be applied to the balance), or pay tuition in full, or forfeit their priority over New or Previous Students.  Families who would rather not worry about the Priority Deadline should consider Pay-In-Advance or Credit Card On File.

  • Pay-In-Advance: Simply pay for multiple SESSIONS in advance and lock-in your priority STATUS for up to the entire school year.
  • Credit Card On File:  With your verbal consent, we will securely keep your credit card information on file.  Please use the following steps if you choose this option.
  1. Personally give the office your credit card information.
  2. When it is time to re-enroll and pay for a session, it is your responsibility to notify the office and we'll automatically charge your card the balance that is owed on your account.

Q&A:

What happens if I don't pay a deposit, or pay the tuition, for the next session by the priority deadline?

Our office staff will assume that your child is not going to continue, and will drop them in order to make room for another child.

Is it the parents responsibility to inform your office of any changes for the next session?

Yes, this system has been put in place as a form of communication between you and our office.  In order for Oklahoma Gold to maintain a high level staff, we must have time to plan ahead.

We appreciate your understanding, and encourage you to call our office if you have any questions.
