All Star Squads
OKGold Heat All-Stars
Our Heat All-Stars are a competitive squad designed to:
- Participate in 3 to 4 in state competitions per season.
- Round off and spotted back handspring are required skills at this level.
- Grade levels 1st through 5th.
- Great attitude required!
2008-09 practice schedule:
Monday & Wednesday 6:00-8:00pm
Monthly tuition: $100
OKGold Fire All-Stars
Our Fire All-Stars are our most competitive squad designed to:
- Participate in 3 to 4 in state competitions per season.
- Attend NCA Nationals in Dallas, Texas.
- Standing back handspring and round off back handspring are required skills.
- Grade levels 3rd through 8th.
- Great positive attitude required!

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-8:00pm
Monthly tuition: $100
