History of Coaching Experience

1984-85...Began coaching gymnastics at a small gym in Edmond called Adventures in Gymnastics, owned by Jerry & Thresa Clavier.  Promoted to Boys Team Head Coach.

1986-87...Head Coach Boys Team Mid America Gymnastics in Oklahoma City under Ralph and Nita King.

1988-90...Head Coach Boys Team at Gym King Gymnastics in Edmond.

1991-94...Started Oklahoma Gold Boys Gymnastic Team, Inc. in Edmond at Gym King Facility.  The first boys only club in Oklahoma.  Hired University of Oklahoma assistant coach Mark Williams as Head Coach of the Elite team.  Began training future Olympian Gaurd Young at this time.  Merged the team with Dynamo Gymnastics Edmond in 1995.

1995-97...Head Coach Boys Team at Dynamo Gymnastics.

1998...Built Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics facility in Edmond.  Opened January 22, 1998.

History of Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics

1998...Opened in our new 11,200 ft facility offering full service gymnastics for all ages and abilities.

2001...Expanded the building to 20,000 ft.  Enlarged the parking lot and created Tumbletown preschool gym for the preschoolers. 

2005...Bought out Dynamo Gymnastics Edmond and converted the building into our Girls Competitive Team facility.  Currently home to our USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Programs and our TAG Pre Team Programs.

2008...Bought out Flips Cheer in Edmond and merged their program with ours.
