Happy Birthday Parties at OKG!

Thank you for choosing Oklahoma Gold for your child's Birthday Party.  Our staff looks forward to hosting you and your guests.  We want to make this day special for your child and "stress-free" for you.  Because we have others parties scheduled that day, it is most important that we have complete cooperation from everyone.  To help you and your party, we have put together some suggestions and guidelines for everyone.  These will help to make the day more enjoyable for you and a FUN, exciting experience for your child.

Our gyms are incredible...Check out what we've got!

Our gyms are filled with all sorts of cool gymnastic and ariel equipment.  We've got 8 in-ground trampolines for bouncing around, ziplines for fun cable riding, rock climbing walls dropping into a loose foam pit, trapeze swings over the pits, 3 long tumbling trampolines for running and bouncing. There's 2 triple swings that the kids ride that swings them around like a tornado! And, of course we've got tons of regular gymnastics equipment to play on.  So...basically it's
the funnest place imaginable! 

Cost

The cost for you to throw a party is $175 for a minimum of 10 children and a $10 fee for each child after the initial 10.   We require a $75 deposit when booking your party (no exceptions). The remainder of the balance is due the day of the party.  Check for times and availability at the front desk, or by calling the office at 341-1175.  Party reservations are accepted up to 3 months in advance.

Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable Deposit

When you book your party, we require a $75 deposit fee that is non-refundable & non-transferable (so before you book your party, be absolutely sure that the party date and time of your choice works into your schedule).

Ages

The age requirement are as followed: Tumbletown Gym: 1 to 5 years of age (there is a weight limit of 50 lbs on weight sensitive equipment in the little gym). The Big Gym & The Team Gym: 5 to 13 years of age.

Length

All parties we host are 1.5 hours (90 minutes) long.  You may arrive 15 minutes early to help greet guests and setup. You must vacate the party area on time to allow time for setup of other parties.

2 Locations to choose from

We host parties at our two facilities, A) Our recreational facility located at 707 Centennial Blvd.(between 33rd & 15th on eastside of Kelly, B) Our team training center located at 715 S. Kelly (between 2nd & 15th on westside of Kelly)

Privacy & Parent Viewing

Only invited guests are allowed at the party.  Parents are always welcome to watch, however, they are to stay in the viewing area only. The parents of the birthday child only, will be allowed in the activity area. NO parent is ever allowed to be on the equipment, or assist in coaching the children.  NO EXCEPTIONS in the BIG GYM!  In the Tumbletown Gym, children 3 years old and under allowed to have one parent assist them during the activity.

Parents DON'T Clean-Up

No clean-up! The Oklahoma Gold staff will clean up after the party for you!

Gratuities

Tipping the staff for excellence is appreciated.

Cake & Supplies

Parents provide; refreshments, all paper goods, decorations, candles, matches, etc. Oklahoma Gold provides; tables, chair and coaching staff.

Invitations & Waivers

Included with your party package, Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics will provide you with a birthday party invitations. You may pick up your invitations after your birthday party deposit has been made. Attached to the invitations is a waiver that all guests/participants must sign and bring to the party before they are allowed to participate.

Birthday Party Safety Requirements

• Only the parents of the birthday child may be in the Big Gym.  In the Little Gym,
  children 3 and un der may have one adult to help assist them (only if necessary).  Please note that parents allowed into either gym must stay off the equipment.
• Since the coach(es) assigned to your party will be focusing on the children, we ask that it be your responsibility to pass this information along to the adults accompanying the children invited to the party.  This will help Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics in continuing to provide safe and fun birthday parties.

Birthday Party Bad Weather Policy

When there is inclement weather, it is at the gym's discretion to decide whether or not we will be open for birthday parties.  If we decide to close, then we will either reschedule your birthday party on another date and time or we will refund your $70 deposit.

If we decide to keep the gym open for birthday parties and you decide that you want to cancel your party, we'll require an additional $75 deposit to reschedule your party.  Otherwise you will lose your $75 deposit.  Thank you for your understanding!
