When booking, we ask for a number of guests estimated to attend for staffing purposes. The remaining balance you see after paying your $135 dollar deposit at the time of booking is the remaining balance that will be owed the day of the party if you do have the same number of guests you put on your booking as the day of your party. Please do not pay this remaining balance as guest counts frequently change. Our staff goes through party bookings and clears the remaining balance your ledger carries until the day of the party. If you are trying to book a birthday party and another program like classes or Parents’ Night Out, please wait to book the party at the end as the system will require you to pay the remaining balance before booking anything else. Parties who do pay the remaining balance will be charged a $5 processing fee to refund the payment.
