BOYS NIN-JA-STICS

Boys Nin-ja-stics is a combination of boys gymnastics and our Ninja Warrior obstacle course. This class is located in our Big Gym, a place where athletes build coordination, confidence and, of course, big muscles! If your ninja is ready, our extremely popular warped wall is waiting to be conquered!

Nin-ja-stics Level 1

6+ years old


Length: 45 Minutes, Once Per Week

Cost: $105 monthly

Schedule: Offered All Hours

Every ninja starts somewhere, which is why we created Boys Nin-ja-stics! Combining boys gymnastics with the Ninja Warrior obstacle course creates the perfect class for athletes looking to build strength, agility and work on fundamental gymnastics skills. Boys will build muscles, enhance flexibility and refine coordination through the use of gymnastics apparatus such as bars, vault, rings and the tumbling floor. Emphasis is placed on growing upper body strength and perfecting flipping skills on the trampoline. The Ninja elements are ever-evolving, introducing students to fresh challenges. Your child will steadily develop confidence and self-esteem with the assistance of our engaging coaching staff.

Nin-ja-stics Level 2

5+ years old


Length: 45 Minutes, Once Per Week

Cost: $105 monthly

Schedule: Offered All Hours

Nin-ja-stics Level 2 represents the bridge between proficiency and mastery. Boys will focus on building muscles, enhancing flexibility and refining coordination through our gymnastics apparatus such as bars, vault, rings and the tumbling floor. Emphasis is placed on growing strength and perfecting flipping skills on the trampoline. The Ninja elements are ever-evolving, introducing students to fresh challenges regularly. Your child will steadily develop confidence and self-esteem with the assistance of our engaging coaching staff.

Hot Shots

Teacher Recommended


Length: 45 Minutes, Once Per Week

Cost: $105 monthly

Schedule: Offered Select Hours

Boys Level 3 Hot Shots is a teacher recommended class for boys who have demonstrated exceptional progress in Nin-ja-stics Level 2 and are ready for more advanced challenges. In this class, athletes continue to build explosive strength, body control and confidence as they work on advanced skills across key gymnastics events: floor, rings, bars, trampoline and vault. With an increased focus on technique and form, students will refine support holds, perfect their tumbling passes and take their flipping skills to the next level on trampolines.

Corey Whaley

Program Leader

Coach Corey has had a passion for flipping and movement since he was three years old, leading to a lifelong career in gymnastics and cheer. He competed collegiately at Paris Junior College and Trinity Valley Community College—where he helped win a national championship—before continuing at Oklahoma State University.


With over 25 years of coaching experience, Corey joined Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics in 2009, working with upper-level athletes, and later opened his own gym. He now serves as a high school P.E. teacher and head cheerleading coach.


His favorite part of coaching is helping athletes gain confidence as they master new skills.



Outside of the gym, Coach Corey enjoys staying active and investing in the next generation through coaching and teaching.
