TUMBLING PROGRAM
Our tumbling program guides athletes from beginner to advanced in a fun, encouraging and skill-focused environment. All classes focus on floor and trampoline training, with an emphasis on proper technique, drills and repetition.
Intro to Tumbling
7+ years old
Length: 55 Minutes, Once Per Week
Cost: $105 monthly
Schedule: Offered Select Hours
Our Intro to Tumbling program is perfect for beginners who are just getting started! No prior experience is required, as our coaching staff helps athletes learn the fundamentals of tumbling, including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and handstands. We focus on building coordination, body control and confidence in a fun, encouraging environment. Because Intro to Tumbling is solely focused on floor and trampoline skills, this class does not include time on other gymnastics apparatuses such as the beam and bars. Students will work toward proficiency in core tumbling skills before advancing to the next level, Walkovers & Kickovers. Our expert staff made up of former gymnasts and team coaches places a strong emphasis on proper technique, drills, and repetition.
Kickovers & Walkovers
7+ years old
Length: 55 Minutes, Once Per Week
Cost: $105 monthly
Schedule: Offered Select Hours
Kickovers & Walkovers is our intermediate tumbling class for athletes who are proficient in forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and can perform a handstand independently. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility and more advanced skills such as bridges, kickovers, round-offs, and both front and back walkovers. Athletes will also begin learning the drills needed to progress to back handsprings. Because Kickovers & Walkovers is solely focused on floor and trampoline skills, this class does not include time on other gymnastics apparatuses such as the beam and bars. Students will work toward proficiency in core tumbling skills before advancing to the next level, Back Handsprings & Beyond. Our expert staff made up of former gymnasts and team coaches places a strong emphasis on proper technique, drills and repetition.
Back Handsprings & Beyond
7+ years old
Length: 55 Minutes, Once Per Week
Cost: $105 monthly
Schedule: Offered Select Hours
For athletes ready to take the next step into powerful tumbling, we offer Back Handsprings & Beyond. Athletes should enter this level with strong round-offs, bridges/kickovers and a solid back walkover (or equivalent strength and flexibility). This class centers on learning and mastering back handsprings, as well as connecting skills such as round-off back handsprings and front handsprings. Athletes will focus on building power, refining technique and safely linking skills together. Because Back Handsprings & Beyond is solely focused on floor and trampoline skills, this class does not include time on other gymnastics apparatuses such as the beam and bars. Our expert staff made up of former gymnasts and team coaches places a strong emphasis on proper technique, drills and repetition.
