Since 1998, Oklahoma Gold has delivered unforgettable, high-energy birthday parties! Your birthday child and guests will enjoy bouncing, zipping and flipping fun in one of our three exciting gyms.

About Parties at Oklahoma Gold

All birthday parties at Oklahoma Gold are 90 minutes, held Saturdays and Sundays and are completely private. Choose from TumbleTown (ages 1–4), the Junior Gym (ages 4–6) or the Big Gym (ages 5+). Each gym has their own private party space complete with tables and chairs. All you have to do is bring the refreshments, paper goods and decor while our trained staff supervises gym play, assists with the cake and writes down every gift your child receives so that writing thank you notes is a breeze.

Deposit

All birthday party bookings require a $175 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit at the time of booking to secure your party slot.

Waiver

Each participant must have a guardian-signed participation waiver before they are allowed to play in the gym.


We recommend parents filling out their child’s waiver before coming to the party, but parents can also access digital waivers at the party check in table. Once the waiver is filled out, guests will receive a wristband which will admit them into the gym to begin their play time.


Parents are not allowed on the equipment.

  • What if I need to upgrade my party packages?

    If you learn that more guests will attend than your package allows, please notify us right away so we can upgrade your party and schedule additional Oklahoma Gold party hosts. “Guests” refers to children participating in the party.

  • I paid my deposit but it's still showing I have balance owed?

    After paying the $175 deposit at booking, the remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Please do not pay this remaining balance before your party. Our system will clear the balance from your account. If you’re booking a party along with another program, book the party last to avoid being prompted for early payment. Early payments will incur a $10 processing fee if a refund is needed.

  • What happens if more guests attend than the number included in my party package?

    Our coaching staff will take a head count of children participating in the party. A $25 per-guest fee will apply for any additional guests over the party package guest maximum.

  • Why can't I select a day or time on the birthday party calendar?

    Our birthday calendar is live and up to date. Red, clickable dates or times mean availability; grey, unclickable ones are fully booked. Click a date to view and select from the available party times.

  • When can I arrive to set up for my party?

    You can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time starting to begin setting up. You will have 15 minutes of clean up time after the party time ends.

  • What if I don't know how many guest are going to show up for the party?

    We require two weeks notice to properly staff all parties. It’s easier to downgrade a party later than to upgrade, so keep this in mind when selecting your package. If you are unsure, book for the highest amount of guests you expect. You can downgrade your party when you confirm your guest count with our Birthday Party Program Leader the week before your party. However, we will not downgrade parties after they have been confirmed or on the day of the party.

  • What can I bring to the party?

    You can bring pretty much anything you want: decorations, food, beverages and party favors. We will have two standard rectangle tables and chairs set up for birthday cake and other food. We do not allow alcohol, fine glitter, silly string or any of the like inside or outside our facility or anything to be hung on our walls or windows. We do provide a sign holding stand for each party room should you need it. 

  • Do we have to open presents?

    No, you do not have to open presents. You can speak with your Oklahoma Gold party host when you arrive about the flow of your party, and they can provide recommendations.

  • Can I request a coach?

    Yes! You can request a coach when booking your party—just list their name(s) in the note section.

  • Can I get my $175 deposit back if I need to cancel?

    The $175 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. With your deposit we hold the party slot just for you and will not give it to anyone else. Please understand there are no exceptions.

  • What if some of the children at the party are too young/old for the gym we booked?

    We are flexible about allowing children of all ages at your party in the gym you selected. However, there may be some restrictions for older children in the Little Gym. Because that gym was built for the little ones, there may be some weight restrictions on some of the apparatuses for children over 60 pounds. If there are younger children in the Big Gym, a parent may need to stay with them to ensure their safety at the party. If that is the case, the parent will need to sign a waiver provided at the party. Check with your OKG party host before your party if you have any questions, and they will be happy to work with you.

  • Will I get a party confirmation email?

    Yes, you will get an email when you complete booking with your party date, time and gym. The email is a great reference for FAQs. You will get a secondary email the week of your party from our Birthday Party Coordinator with information specific to your party such as your set up time.
