Welcome to Girls Level 1 gymnastics, an invigorating 50-minute adventure hosted in our expansive Big Gym, tailored for girls aged 5 to 8 years and beyond. To ensure an optimal learning experience, this class is thoughtfully divided into three distinct age groups—5-year-olds, 6-7-year-olds, and 8+-year-olds—allowing each gymnast to share the journey with peers of similar ages and skill levels.
Our Mission
At the heart of our girls gymnastics program lies the aspiration to teach essential drills and skills, harnessing the potential of each gymnastics apparatus. With great enthusiasm, girls enrolled in this class embark on a journey aimed at ascending to the next level of their gymnastics journey, driven by the accomplishment of specific milestones across all events. These milestones include mastering cartwheels on the floor, achieving pullovers on the bars, and executing straddle jumps on the trampoline.

Our Girls Level 1 program is a spirited, high-energy endeavor that places paramount importance on the principles of proper form, impeccable technique, skill progression, and above all, an abundance of fun. It’s a vibrant space where each gymnast is nurtured on her unique path, fostering a lifelong love for gymnastics while building strength, skill, and self-confidence.
2023-24 Session Dates & Tuition Fees
Tuition and registration fees below are for one child’s enrollment for a 9-week session. There is a 10% discount for adding additional enrollments (siblings, multiple enrollments for same child). Tuition does prorate automatically online for enrolling after a session begins.
