Yes, you can book two parties back to back if you would like to double the time of your party. However, we do caution you to do so as three hours can be quite a while for a smaller group like a birthday party. You can book the parties on the Parent Portal like usual, just make sure the party slots you book are back to back in the same gym. Each party slot is 90 minutes so your party would be 3 hours total. There will be an additional $50 charge on the final total to all parties that do book two party slots back to back.
Our parties have a 30-minute gap in between each party slot for clean up and set up. However, we won’t make your party stop for that 30-minutes in between the two party slots you booked. Because of this, your party will end 30 minutes earlier than the time listed on the last party slot you booked. For example: If you booked 12:30-2:00 p.m. and 2:30-4:00 p.m., your party will run 12:30-3:30 p.m.
You will pay the deposit for each party slot at the time of booking as well as the final balance for each party slot after your party concludes. Because you booked two party slots, please be aware your final balance will be two party slot final balances.
